It is owned by MyCormoran with reference to the website user data processing.
1.2.  This privacy policy is also valid for the purposes of the Article 13 of European Regulation no. 2016/679,
related to the individuals personal data protection and the free circulation of such data, for those
who interact with www.meqbem.com.
1.3.  This privacy policy is related only to www.meqbem.com and not to other websites
possibly visited by the user through links contained therein.
1.4.  The purpose of this document is to provide details on the methods, timing and nature

3.1.  The data processing relate to www.meqbem.com website usage takes place in Italy.

15. User Rights

15.1.  The user is guaranteed the respect of his rights in the field of personal data protection. According with what is affirmed by the GDPR in relation to the processing of their personal data, the user has the right to ask the Data Controller:
– Data Access: user can request confirmation if whether or not data concerning him is being processed, as well as further clarifications about the information referred to in this policy;
– Data Rectification: user can ask to rectify or integrate the data he has provided, if inaccurate or incomplete;
– Data Deletion: user can request his data deletion, if they are no longer necessary for our purposes, in case of revocation of consent or opposition to processing, in case of unlawful processing, if there is a legal obligation to delete or refer to subjects children under the age of fourteen;
– Data Restriction: user can request that his data have to be processed only for the purpose of conservation, with the exclusion of other treatments, for the period necessary for the rectification of his data, in case of unlawful treatment for which he opposes the cancellation, if he has to exercise his rights in court and the data stored by the Data Controller may be useful to him and, finally, in the event of opposition to the processing and a verification is underway on the prevalence of the Data Controller’s legitimate reasons with respect to its.
– Opposition: user can oppose to the processing of his judicial data at any time, unless there are legitimate reasons for the Data Controller to proceed with the treatment that prevail over his own, for example for the exercise or its own defence in court.
– Data Portability: user can request to receive his data, or to have them transmitted to another owner indicated by him, in a structured, commonly used and readable by an automatic device format.
– Withdrawal of consent: user can any time withdraw his consent to cookies usage (Cookie Policy), since in this case it constitutes the basis of the processing. In any case, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal itself.

16. Data transfer to non-EU countries 

16.1.  This website may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with Google, Meta and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorised and strictly regulated by article 45, paragraph 1 of European Regulation 2016/679, for which no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
16.2.  Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions set out in Article 45 and following of the European Regulation.
